Turning Two Banner

Hello Crafty World! I am sure all of you are just as busy as we are getting ready for the holidays, craft fairs and life in general. I have been creating like crazy just not too much time to post. Plus I have lots of fun things planned for my blog.

The other day I found a big file of photos of my previous creations, I was so relieved. I had been looking for the pictures for a long time. This is was one of my favorite to make. So whimsical and girly at the same time. After the birthday I took out "is 2" so it could be hung in Norah's room! The flowers are from this Sizzix die, they are very easy to use and lots of fun. Since the die is a bigz die you can cut it out of fabric or felt and have the die go even further!

CHD Warrior Banner

Hello World! I have been absent for a while. I took some time to focus on me and getting better from Lyme (boo ticks). A lot has been going on and it's been great! We got a new puppy and she is keeping the family busy.

I having an amazing friend who has the best family ever, but Baby Jake is a CHD Warrior! He has had multiple heart surgeries but is finally home and doing well! You can support Baby Jake and watch him grow on his facebook page: Prayers for Baby Jake. Jake even had the support of the entire community and was featured in the local newspaper! I had the opportunity to make a banner for some photos Baby Jake was having with the talented Katie P. Photography.

Tricycle Themed Birthday Party

Happy Monday! The weekend went by too fast but it was great. We had a puppy play date at our house and there were over 10 dogs here, I even made homemade dog treats! I even had time to play in my craft room! I wanted to share an order I made for a tricycle themed birthday party!

I had lots of fun making the banner and party decor. I got to see the party all set up and pictures from the event, which is always my favorite! This is such a cute idea for any age, the guest got to bring there bikes and decorate and then have a parade! It couldn't be anymore adorable!

Dog Banner

Happy Tuesday! We had a really nice long weekend. Our main focus was our big to do list and relax! Of course there was lots of BBQ's and yummy food! I hope you all had a nice weekend and were able to take a moment to remember all those who have fallen and those that serve our country.

This project was created for a photographer friend of mine, who had his studio all set up at the local animal rescue fair. I was more than happy to help and make a banner for the background. Anything for the animals! When you have a moment hop on over to his facebook page and/or website. Make sure you tell them K (heart) Studio sent you :)

Ballet Banner

Thanks everyone for being patient with me and my blogging. Its been crazy again. We had a death in the family and had to push a lot of things to different dates. Plus I had a big order to make party decor (can't wait to share with you!). So pweh, but I'm back and can't wait to get this party started.

Here is a ballet banner I made for a donation to an auction at a dance studio, all the money made helps the dancers fulfill there dreams! I was so excited to be able to help out. I hope whoever received this is enjoying it!

I really love the look everyone has been creating with the tissue paper, but I didn't have any so I created my own! I will post a video later on, on how to do this!
